When I decided to build a house in 2017, I contacted 4 builders, all of them were members of the Masters Builders association. Three of the builders gave me vague verbal quotes, the other one Bill Woolley from Serenity Constructions gave me a comprehensive, typed quote listing everything included and excluded in the price. This was my first insight into his efficiency and thoroughness and of course he was given the job. Mr Bill Woolley went out of his way to help with selections for the home and the actual building of it was a very pleasant experience. This was the third home I’d built and I’ve never had a builder so organised, efficient and pleasant to communicate with. The end result was a very beautiful, well-constructed house.
Last year, I built another house for investment and again, asked Bill Woolley to build it. The end result was another lovely finished home. I would not consider asking any other builder for any future building, because I know I can rely on Mr Bill Woolley to do the job and do it right.

In 2012 my husband and I set out to build our new home here on the Gold Coast. We had never built before or had any experience in what is involved in such a huge task. It was very important to us as we only intended to build once and so it really needed to be right first time. We met with various builders at the time and eventually it was our choice to contract Serenity Constructions to build our house.
We really did not know where to even start. We had long discussions with Bill Woolley and he spent many hours, and I do mean many hours, altering and re-altering plans for us until we finally had what we were looking for. Right from the start through to the end and even after, he was always there for us, advising us and helping us in many ways, he did things for us that I am sure, most builders would not even consider. He even came along with us to advise us on interior and exterior tiles, a task that would have taken us hours otherwise and been a real headache to us, but with Bill it all seemed so easy. He consulted with us and the painter, always pointing us in the right direction. He met with us regularly throughout the construction process always keeping us informed of progress and suggesting minor changes to improve on different areas along the way. If ever we had any concerns all we needed to do was phone him and he would come over, usually that same day and he would explain things to us, and if necessary make adjustments to our satisfaction.
Even after the contract on the house was complete we had many extras added in the form of patios, pergolas, barbecue areas, retaining walls, fences etc. and on each occasion, we chose Bill to undertake this work for us also. We are very happy with the finished result of our investment and particularly with the ease in which Bill seemed to competently undertake and complete the task to our satisfaction. It is not a small house. It is some 60 plus squares along with two outdoor entertaining areas, so it was not a small undertaking.
We are very pleased with the quality and finish of our home and from our own experience could only recommend Bill highly for his involvement.
